The iconic Claridge’s hotel in London has unveiled its Christmas tree, a 5.7-meter-tall sculpture by Louis Vuitton made from 15 vertically placed travel trunks.

The luxurious Claridge’s Hotel in London has elevated the Christmas spirit with its ‘Louis Vuitton’ Christmas tree. The Claridge’s Christmas Tree 2023 by Louis Vuitton brings together icons founded 169 years ago in 1854, intertwining them with shiny threads of tradition and grandeur.

A Christmas creation like no other comprises two large open and iconic trunks, also known as Malles Vestiaire, stacked at an impressive height of 17 feet. Inside these trunks lies an inspiring sculptural arrangement of 15 repurposed trunks, ingeniously arranged to form the silhouette of a Christmas tree.

“It is an honor to have such a legendary house as Louis Vuitton design our Claridge’s Christmas tree this year,” commented Claridge’s General Manager, Paul Jackson. He added, “Christmas is the most magical time of the year for us here at the hotel, and we look forward to seeing guests and visitors immerse themselves in the world of Louis Vuitton.”

To accentuate the tree’s allure are Claridge’s vintage travel stickers and a prominent L. Vuitton luggage tag. Inaugurated on November 23, the installation graces the hotel’s black-and-white marble lobby, adorned with 21 variations of Louis Vuitton’s Vivienne mascots as ornaments.

Crowning this elegant tree is a model of Asnières, the historic home and workshop of the Louis Vuitton family. The Claridge’s Christmas Tree 2023 by Louis Vuitton is a must-see at Claridge’s, Brook Street, London.
